BOOKING A CORPORATE EVENT VENUE IS EASY
1. Submit the request form
2. A member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your event package.
3. As we get closer to the date, based on your selections we will either draft teams for you or prepare a description of the available party amenities that you may send to all participating guests.
4. You will receive confirmation and directions on how to find the location, parking and recommendations on clothing choice.

FAQ
You can bring as many of your team as you want! But not everyone will be able to play in a single game. You will need to break your party into teams of 4-8 to play our games. Tower Tag can hold up to 8 individuals and our other popular team building games like Polygon and our Escape Rooms can host up to 4 people at a time.
We recommend allocating one hour for every 15 people you choose to bring. Our minimum booking time is 2 hours and our max is a full 8 hour event.
We understand that things come up; especially when attempting large gatherings. We are happy to reschedule your event as long as we know 2 weeks before the date of your booking. If you need to cancel and we are told at least 2 weeks in advance we are happy to provide a full refund. If we are told only 1 week in advance we will provide a 50% refund and if it is less than one week from your booking we will be unable to issue a refund.
1. We will guide you to a space to place any personal belongings you do not wish to have for the duration of your game play.
2. A small briefing from the event host and our team representative where any questions about your corporate party can be answered will take place- introduction of the game space, location of bathrooms etc.
3. If applicable you will be divided into your predetermined teams and begin playing your selected games!
4. If you did not choose a package with predetermined games, then our gamemasters will each take groups of you to seperate games and systems based on your preferences.
5. If requested we will take photos during your corporate holiday for you which will be sent to the host in a follow up email.
6. If requested as part of your event food will be served at a predetermined time set by the host.
7. What type of clothing should we wear?
We recommend casual clothing and closed toed shoes- especially if you will be playing POLYGON. Trackers do get put on the outside of your shoes for that game. The casual clothing is recommended as a lot of VR is surprisingly physical and can be quite the workout!
Since we want to give every guest who books with us the same quality experience we do mandate all events start and end at their given times. We do not penalize you for being late for any reason but that is part of your reserved time slot. We also require all guests to be out of the space at the end time of the party — that means your reserved time includes cleaning up and taking anything you want from your event (food, party favors, personal belongings etc.) out of the space. You can leave any trash within reason and we will handle it for you to make it easier on you!
